Eureka Nevada was founded in mid 1800's as a silver-lead mining town. With mining as the main industry. It has attracted many people who want to reside in Eureka. Rentals are hard to come by and homes rarely come available for sale.This historical town has a High School, a Museum Building, the Eureka Courthouse, Hotels, an Opera House, state of the art Fire Station, newer grocery store, fair grounds, a few bars and restaurants. This 1950 bunkhouse has limited amenities, is on a large lot w/a few old sheds.
Two story brick building located next to the Ryland Building (private residence) was built in the 1800's. The building has no wiring or plumbing and there would be installation and connection fees for all the utilities. The building is on .02 acres. The walls are about a foot thick.
